I approach floral design as both art and experience, focusing on the balance of color, emotion, and flower longevity so each piece not only looks beautiful when it arrives, but continues to evolve and delight. A love of discovery drives my work, from sourcing rarer blooms and unusual varieties from across the globe to exploring fresh palettes that surprise and intrigue. Flowers, to me, should feel expressive and memorable — something you didn’t know you were hoping for until you saw it. In many ways, my work reflects who I am: fresh, unexpected, colorful, passionate, and a little whimsical. This business is truly a labor of love. I can spend hours arranging flowers, discovering how different blooms speak to one another, and finding joy in the magic that radiates from each finished piece. Before moving to Charlotte, I owned and operated a floral business in New York, where I focused on personal arrangements, life cycle events, and corporate florals. That experience shaped my belief that flowers are deeply connected to life’s most poignant and meaningful moments — and that they deserve to be handled with care, respect, and heart. I’m inspired daily by my family and my three rescues, all of whom have been constant companions and unwavering supporters as I brought Breathtaking Blooms CLT to life.
