  UPDATE: I recently left a review after being disappointed with an arrangement I ordered for my daughter’s birthday, and I felt it was equally important to share what happened afterward. Lilach, the owner, personally reached out to me almost immediately. She was incredibly gracious, took my concerns seriously, and genuinely wanted to make things right. She sent my daughter a replacement bouquet that was absolutely BEAUTIFUL — exactly the “wow” factor I had originally hoped for. But she didn’t stop there. To my complete surprise, she also sent ME a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how a business responds says everything about its owner and its commitment to its customers. Lilach went above and beyond to turn a disappointing experience into an incredibly positive one. Both arrangements were stunning, and I truly appreciate the care, generosity, and personal attention she showed us. Thank you, Lilach, for making both my daughter and me feel so special. You absolutely won me over! ❤️ ——--Read update please—— I ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday and was contacted by the florist, who recommended substituting the flowers shown in the original arrangement with pink roses. I trusted her professional judgment and was completely comfortable with the substitution. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I saw the finished arrangement in person. The roses themselves were beautiful, but the overall design lacked the polished, professionally arranged look I expected. There was a large amount of greenery concentrated around the bottom of the vase, with the roses sitting together on top, rather than the flowers and greenery being thoughtfully incorporated throughout the arrangement. The original arrangement had dimension, balance, texture and a definite “wow” factor. I certainly didn’t expect the substitute to look identical, but I did expect the same level of artistry and presentation, especially after trusting the florist’s recommendation. For a special birthday delivery, the finished product simply did not feel as thoughtfully designed or special as I had hoped. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing this with us, and for your kind words about the roses themselves.
